Shifton WFM

Connects RolChat to a Shifton workspace in both directions.

What it does

  • Visitor identity. When a visitor is signed in to Shifton, the widget identifies them; the RolChat card shows the Shifton profile (role, registration date, last login) in a From Shifton section.
  • Agent schedules. Shifton shifts set agent availability in RolChat: routing skips agents off shift, booking forms offer only on-shift hosts, and the AI agent hands over to humans only when someone is working.
  • Bidirectional sync. Contacts created in RolChat can be created in Shifton and vice versa, according to sync_config.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Settings → Plugins → Catalogue → Shifton WFM → Connect.
  2. Enter the Shifton workspace ID and an API key with the scopes shifton.users:read, shifton.shifts:read, shifton.availability:read.
  3. Choose enrichment and sync options; set the schedule.
