Getting started
RolChat is a customer communication platform: live chat, e-mail, messengers, phone, tickets and a knowledge base in one inbox, with a CRM behind it and automation across it. This section takes a new account from sign-up to a first answered conversation.

The four steps
Section titled “The four steps”- Create your account - sign up, verify your e-mail and pick a plan (30-day free trial).
- Install the widget - one script tag puts live chat on your site.
- Send your first reply - take the tour, answer a conversation and finish the checklist.
- Invite your team - add members, assign roles and set working hours.
Each step takes a few minutes. When the onboarding checklist reaches 100 % it hides itself and you are running.
