Keyboard shortcuts

The dashboard is fully operable from the keyboard. Cmd + K on macOS or Ctrl + K elsewhere opens the command palette, which lists every command with its shortcut, so the palette is also the place to discover them. Press ? anywhere outside a text field for this reference inside the product.

Rules

• Cmd (⌘) is the modifier on macOS, Ctrl elsewhere; the interface shows the right one. Option/Alt is never used for RolChat shortcuts.
• Browser shortcuts are never overridden: Cmd + W, T, R, L, F, P and Cmd + S stay with the browser. Save and send are Cmd + Enter.
• Single-key shortcuts are suppressed while the focus is in a text field, so typing s in the composer never snoozes anything.
• When two modules claim the same key, the module whose screen is open wins.
• Every shortcut has a click equivalent; nothing is keyboard-only.

Widget (your visitors)

The widget launcher and panel are reachable with Tab, the panel traps focus while open, Esc closes it, and Enter sends. Screen readers announce new messages politely.
