Sends RolChat’s outbound e-mail - replies from the Inbox, ticket notifications and marketing campaigns - through your own SendGrid account, so deliverability and reputation stay yours.

Setup

1. Create a SendGrid API key with Mail Send permission.
2. Settings → Plugins → Catalogue → SendGrid → Connect, paste the key, press Test.
3. Verify your sender domain in Settings → Marketing → Sender domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Unverified domains cannot send.
4. Choose per site which mailboxes send through SendGrid.

Notes

• Bounces and complaints are received through SendGrid’s event webhook, which the plugin registers for you; hard bounces mark the message failed and suppress the address.
• The plugin shows the month’s send count on its card.
