Shifton schedule sync

A focused plugin that pulls only shifts and availability from Shifton.com, for accounts that do not need the full Shifton WFM integration.

What it does

Section titled “What it does”
  • Booking forms offer slots only when the host is on shift.
  • Queue routing and round-robin skip agents who are off shift.
  • The AI agent auto-routes to humans only when someone is on shift; otherwise it keeps handling or offers a callback.
  • agent.unavailable events (sick leave, force majeure) trigger the booking form’s reassignment strategy.

Setup

Section titled “Setup”
  1. Settings → Plugins → Catalogue → Shifton schedule sync → Connect.
  2. Enter the Shifton API key with shifton.shifts:read, shifton.availability:read, shifton.users:read.
  3. Map Shifton users to RolChat members (matched by e-mail, adjustable).
  4. The sync runs every 15 minutes; Run sync now is available on the plugin page.

Included with a Shifton subscription; no separate charge.
